Currently, users cannot cancel subscription plans on their own. If you need to disconnect a plan from a camera before its paid period ends, please contact our technical support. Our specialists will cancel the plan and refund the balance for the unused period.
You can also change your camera's subscription plan to a new one before the current plan expires. When switching to a new plan, the current one will be disconnected, and funds for the unused period will be refunded to your account balance according to the conditions described below.
The following automatic refund conditions apply to all account types when a plan is disconnected:
- The used period of the plan is rounded up to the end of the current day.
- The calculation is based on the plan's price for a one-month subscription.
The number of days used cannot be less than one day (24 hours).
