The data on counting visitors is accumulated gradually, after several hours you will be able to download it in the form of .xlsx files.
To choose the needed report and download it, follow the steps below:
1. In the Visitors tab in your Personal Account, choose Reports.
2. Pick the report you need (weekly report or custom report) and select the cameras from the list that you want statistics from. To create a report, press the Create report button.
3. Ready reports will be available for downloading in the Reports available section of your Personal Account. To download the report, click the Download report button next to it.
