If you have connected a camera to your Ivideon account for the first time, you will see a Try for free option when selecting standard subscription plans (Online, Cloud 3-90). Choosing this option will activate the plan for a free 7-day trial.
You can activate a trial for any number of newly added cameras. During the trial period, you can switch between trial plans. However, the trial period is counted from the moment the first plan was activated.
Example:
- At 12PM on 10.09.24, you activated the Online trial. It is valid for 7 days, until 12:00 on 17.09.24.
- At 09AM on 11.09.24, you decided to switch to the Cloud 3 trial. It will still expire at 12:00 on 17.09.24.
After the trial period ends, you must select a paid plan to continue using the camera.
