Analog cameras can be connected to Ivideon via a DVR or an HVR. DVRs that are compatible with Ivideon are divided into two types:
Ivideon-ready DVRs (with our firmware preinstalled) can be connected directly to your Ivideon account without any additional equipment, all they need is power and an Internet connection. Such DVRs can be found in our online store.
DVRs without Ivideon firmware onboard can be connected using a PC/laptop with Ivideon Server installed. Please note that the PC/laptop should be connected to the same network as the DVR and Ivideon Server should be constantly running for the DVR to remain available online.
